George Clooney shockingly confessed he always loses to wife Amal in one particular thing.

According to Hello! Magazine, George and Amal are Canada readers’ favorite celebrity couple. The publication shared various quotes from the couple about each other. In one of George’s statement, she made a surprising revelation when he admitted that Amal is always ahead of him in one aspect that he couldn’t win against her.

“The only way we resolve anything is by arm wrestling,” George joked to News.com.au before continuing to praise his wife’s intelligence.

“That is my only chance of winning anything with her – because if it's an intellectual battle, I would lose. She's the smart one in the family.”

Meanwhile, the humanitarian lawyer who kept herself out of the spotlight despite her husband’s popularity shared what she loved about George. According to Amal, her spouse is a true “gentleman” and she gushed on his generosity and kindness.

“He is a gentleman in every sense of the word and in a way that seems so rare these days and perhaps even outdated,” Amal told The Hollywood Reporter.

“My love, what I have found with you is the great love I always hoped existed. And seeing you with our children, Ella and Alexander, is the greatest joy in my life. Meanwhile, for months, there have been rumors about George and Amal’s marriage hitting the rock bottom. An insider told Radar Online just recently that the “Ocean’s Eleven” star hasn’t been seen in public with his twin for months.

The source alleged that George and Amal couldn’t stop arguing about their varying lifestyles. The insider even likened the couple to “oil and water” because “they don’t mix.”

On the contrary, George said in an earlier interview that they worked well together. In fact, for him, they were the “right couple” and they were in the “right team.”
