George Clooney Suing Paparazzi Over Twins' Photos: 5 Celebrities Who Did The Same
George Clooney declares war Friday against paparazzi from Voici magazine, which took photos of his newborn twins with wife Amal Clooney, according to The Hollywood Reporter.
George Clooney claimed the paparazzi took extreme measures to obtain photos of twins, Alexander and Ella, by illegally scaling the fence of their private residence and climbing trees to nab shots of the family. No official photos of the twins have been revealed prior to this incident, but Nick Clooney — the actor's father — claims that the twins have his son's nose.

A representative of George Clooney issued a statement on his behalf to International Business Times Friday, claiming the statement speaks for itself on the legal action the Clooney family intends to take against Voici magazine.
"Over the last week photographers from Voici magazine scaled our fence, climbed our tree and illegally took pictures of our infants inside our home," George Clooney said in the statement. "Make no mistake the photographers, the agency and the magazine will be prosecuted to the full extent of the law. The safety of our children demands it."
Voici promoted the shots as the first-ever published photos of the Clooney twins. The shots of the Clooney family are reportedly blurry, featuring the couple holding the infants at their Lake Como residence in Italy. Fabrice Argelas, the publication's deputy editor-in-chief, issued a statement to IBT Friday about the paparazzi photos.
"The images published in Voici this Friday are a response to a public demand," Argelas told IBT. "People love George Clooney and have been following his life story for years now. Those pictures do not put in danger Mr. Clooney, his wife or their kids."

The Clooneys aren't the only celebrity parents who are against paparazzi shots of their children. Here is a list of five other stars who are anti-paparazzi:
Kristen Bell & Dax Shepard
Bell and Shepard launched a campaign in 2014 that aimed to protect children of celebrity parents from paparazzi, according to Entertainment Tonight. The couple became advocates of the issue following the birth of their daughter and declined interviews with media outlets that failed to respect their privacy.
"By creating a greatly diminished demand for these images, it is my hope that these children will no longer be subjected to being followed, yelled at, taunted and having their privacy invaded on a daily basis," Bell told Entertainment Tonight.
Jennifer Garner
Garner testified before the California State Assembly Committee on Public Safety in August 2013 to support a bill that aimed to protect children of celebrities from paparazzi, according to Today. Two months later, the bill became a law.
"We truly were resigned to thinking that this was never gonna happen. We had looked at all different things, moving out of California, you know, all manners of things," Garner told Today.
Halle Berry
Berry testified alongside Garner before the California State Assembly Committee in August 2013, according to The Guardian.
"I cannot express my immense gratitude that Gov. Brown has recognized, and acted to remedy, the plight of children who are tormented because of the identity or prominence of their parents," she said in a statement.
Katie Holmes
Holmes is one of the many celebrity backers of Bell and Shepard's campaign against paparazzi invasions of privacy, which have affected her daughter Suri Cruise for years, according to a 2014 report from CBS News. There have been several incidents where Cruise has been repeatedly bombarded by paparazzi with her mother, causing her to either cry or hide her face. Holmes' daughter has also been verbally attacked by paparazzi, who once resorted to calling her a "brat" and "b—."
