Lu Zhihao is a 4 year old boy living in Guangdong in China. Lu Zhihao weighs 62kg (136lbs) and is 1.1m tall (3.6 feet). His parents took him to many hospitals to find out the reason for his obesity, however, the doctors don't know exactly how the boy was able to put on so much weight. The toddler, who was born underweight at 5.7 pounds, has suprised pediatricians with his incredible hunger and rapid weight gain. Eventhough his parent tried to encourage him to exercise, he refuses to do so.
