Giants running back Brandon Jacobs has apologized to Gisele Bundchen after telling the supermodel she should be cute and shut up.

Brandon's apology came after Gisele criticized Patriots' receivers for dropping several passes from her quarterback husband Tom Brady in last Sunday's 21-17 Super Bowl defeat.

After the game she was recorded saying: My husband cannot f****ng throw the ball and catch the ball at the same time.I can't believe they dropped the ball so many times.

At Tuesday's MetLife Stadium rally celebrating the Giants' Super Bowl win Jacobs told reporters, She just needs to continue to be cute and shut up.

On Wednesday he retracted the statement, telling ESPN's The Doug Gottlieb Show: Given the fact that it's a colleague of mine's wife, I do apologize for saying that, because I shouldn't have said that.

It's his wife and I should respect that just as much as anyone else.
