KEY POINTS
- Gigi Hadid accidentally posted her daughter's picture as an Instagram story
- She immediately deleted the picture in which the child's face was visible
- Fans asked everyone to stop reposting the picture
Gigi Hadid often shares pictures of her 6-month-old daughter, Khai, on Instagram, but always hides the child's face. However, in a recent picture Hadid shared on her Instagram story, fans got a clear glimpse of Khai smiling at the camera.
Even though the 25-year-old model deleted the story within seconds, several people took screenshots of the post and shared it social media.
Fans immediately came to Hadid's rescue and asked everyone to report any tweet or post they see on social media featuring Khai's face. While it was not sure if Hadid was trying to send the picture to close family and friends or maybe she chose the wrong picture to post on her Instagram Story, fans showed respect and did not further repost the baby's photograph.
Some fans took screenshots of the accounts that reposted the baby's picture with "disgusting theories."
"Guys, please report this page and close it. This page makes up disgusting theories about Zayn Gigi and khai. Zayn and Gigi don't show off Khai because of these types of people. PLEASE REPORT," a user tweeted.
Another user wrote, "I just want to say for the people sharing the picture of Gigi and Zayn's baby, I am asking you to delete it and to the people reposting the picture without thinking anything bad of it im both worried and disappointed your better than that."
Hadid welcomed the little bundle of joy with her boyfriend Zayn Malik, 28, in September 2020 and since then has never revealed any pictures or videos of the baby besides this accident. In fact, the couple chose not to reveal their baby's name until she turned four months old.
However, Hadid opened up about the 14-hour natural birth in an interview with Vogue, "I knew it was going to be the craziest pain in my life, but you have to surrender to it and be like, ‘This is what it is … I loved that. There definitely was a point where I was like, I wonder what it would be like with an epidural, how it would be different."
