Gisele Bundchen's job might be a supermodel, but her main and most important role is wife to quarterback Tom Brady. The Victoria's Secret stunner rushed to her husband's side after the New England Patriots lost to the New York Giants, 21-17 at Super Bowl XLVI.

The Brazilian beauty was seated in a skybox watching Brady take on the New York Giants in the second Super Bowl since 2008. Shots were snapped of Gisele talking animatedly to those next to her, possibly worried about the fate of her husband's team.

After the game, Gisele rushed to her husband. She consoled Brady as they left Lucas Oil Stadium. Gisele - who was wearing a black leather jacket, pebble-printed black and white scarf and carrying a black quilted Chanel purse - hugged Brady as photographers snapped photos of the A-list couple.

According to the Huffington Post, Gisele was taunted by fans as she made her way to the elevator. The model snapped back, criticizing the Patriots' plays, My husband cannot f---ing throw the ball and catch the ball at the same time. I can't believe they dropped the ball so many times.

Brady looked downtrodden as he left the stadium after yet another loss to the Giants in a Super Bowl game. He and wife Gisele held hands on their way out.

Prior to the Sunday night, a private email Gisele had sent out to family and friends asking for prayers for her Tommy leaked to the press. The New York Post published the email as its cover story.

My sweet friends and family, This sunday [sic] will be a really important day in my husband's life. He and his team worked so hard to get to this point and now they need us more than ever to send them positive energy so they can fulfill their dream of winning this super bowl [sic]. . .

I feel Tommy really needs our prayer, our support and love at this time, she wrote.

So I kindly ask all of you to join me on this positive chain and pray for him, so he can feel confident, healthy and strong. Envision him happy and fulfilled experiencing with his team a victory this sunday [sic].

Unfortunately, those prayers did not work. Though Brady tried, he could not claim the win after the Giants scored with just 57 seconds left.

Alas, it is doubtful that anyone feels too sorry for either Gisele Bundchen or Tom Brady. The two have a brand new $20 million mansion to go home to in Brentwood, Calif. Coming in at 22,000 square-feet, the house has a lagoon-shaped swimming pool with spa, a weight room, a wine cellar, a six-car garage, and a bridge connecting two wings of the house. It also includes a butler's room, a nursery, and an elevator.

It is the perfect place for Tom Brady to escape to while licking his Super Bowl wounds.
