Gisele Bündchen has seemingly hinted at doing things her way in her recent interview amid rumors that her marriage to Tom Brady has hit the rock bottom.
Bündchen, 42, graced the October 2022 cover of Elle magazine. The outlet asked her about the rumors from tabloids claiming that she and the NFL superstar were taking some time apart due to Brady's decision to unretire.
The supermodel reportedly declined to comment on the reports when they reached out to her. However, according to the magazine, one thing was clear, Bündchen "is making her own plans for the future."
"I've done my part, which is [to] be there for [Tom]," Bündchen told the outlet. "I moved to Boston, and I focused on creating a cocoon and a loving environment for my children to grow up in and to be there supporting him and his dreams."
The model shares son Benjamin Rein, 12, and daughter Vivian Lake, 9, with the Tampa Bay Buccaneers quarterback. Brady is also a dad to John "Jack" Edward, 15, whom he shares with ex Bridget Moynahan.
"Seeing my children succeed and become the beautiful little humans that they are, seeing him succeed, and being fulfilled in his career—it makes me happy. At this point in my life, I feel like I've done a good job on that," she continued. "I have a huge list of things that I have to do, that I want to do. At 42, I feel more connected with my purpose."
Bündchen and her children were spotted having fun at the water slides at the Tidal Cove Water Park in Aventura, Florida, a week ago. Brady was noticeably missing during the family outing as he just returned to the Tampa Bay Buccaneers after taking an 11-day leave for "personal" reasons. However, a source told Page Six she wasn't back with Brady and had not returned to their family home at the time.
According to Page Six, she left their house after an epic fight over Brady's decision to continue his NFL career despite announcing his retirement on Feb. 1. Bündchen skipped the season opener. However, she still showed her support for her husband on social media.
"Let's go @TomBrady!" she tweeted on Sept. 11, adding, "Let's go Bucs!"
