Gisele Bundchen, Tom Brady $20M Dream Home Almost Complete [PHOTOS]
Gisele Bundchen and Tom Brady will solidify their fairytale lifestyle when the supermodel and her quarterback hubby move into their $20 million Los Angeles dream home.
The mansion is almost near completion, after 18 months of construction. It is nestled in the ritzy area of Brentwood, Cali.
The house is the size of a hotel, at 22,000-square feet, and will be the home of Gisele, Brady and their two-year-old son Benjamin. However, the couple does have residences in New York City and Boston.
Now for the details.
It boasts eight bedrooms, a six-car garage, a lagoon-shaped swimming pool with spa, a weight room, a wine cellar and a bridge connecting the two wings of the house. There is a nursery, an elevator and a butler's room.
Gisele and her NFL beau also have some high-wheeling neighbors, including Arnold Schwarzenegger and Heidi Klum and husband Seal.
Gisele and Brady bought the 3.75-acre lot in 2008 for $11 million. They had the plans drawn up and then redone, as the first spec was deemed too small, reports The Daily Mail. Alas, money is no object for one of the wealthiest couples in Hollywood. The pair is worth an estimated $90 million.
Tom Brady just led the Patriots to a win over the Denver Broncos and God's Quarterback Tim Tebow. Gisele's campaigns for Versace and Givenchy have the fashion world seeing stars over the Brazilian beauty. This couple is certianly not too shabby.
The supermodel came under fire from environmentalists for building the monstrosity. She countered that the house is green, featuring solar energy, energy-saving lighting, rainwater recovery system, waste reduction and recycling programs, energy-efficient appliances and sustainable building materials.
The roof and the gardens are finished but, unfortunately for the former VS model and her Patriot, the house will not be ready in time for Christmas. They are hoping to be moved in soon into the New Year.
What a way to ring in 2012.
