Gisele Bundchen and Tom Brady's Dream Mansion Nearing Completion
The new mega-mansion of supermodel Gisele Bundchen and her husband Tom Brady, the American football quarterback, is almost complete in Los Angeles.
The impressive $20 million house is estimated to be 22,000 square feet and has eight bedrooms. The mansion has a lagoon-shaped pool and also a spa. In addition, it has a wine cellar and a gym. There will also be a parking facility for six cars.
The mansion will have two wings connected by a bridge. There is also a nursery for their 18-month-old son Benjamin.
Brady and Bundchen bought the 3.75-acre property in 2008 for $11 million. The construction work has been on for the last 18 months.
It is expected that the celebrity couple will move into their new home early next year. Among their neighbours will be Arnold Schwarzenegger and Heidi Klum.
Bundchen and Brady were named by Forbes' magazine as the World's Highest Paid Celebrity couple in 2011. Bundchen earned $45 million over the year. In fact, according to Forbes, she is well on the way to becoming the first billionaire model. Brady has signed a four-year, $72 million contract extension in September with the New England Patriots.
