Gisele Stars in Stormy Givenchy Spring 2012 Campaign

Gisele stars in the dark and stormy pictorial that is the Givenchy Spring 2012 campaign.

The supermodel stuns with golden hair and bronzed gams in the gloomy beach scene shot by Mert & Marcus. Gisele is joined on the sand by models Chris Moore and Simone Nobil. The three are dress in all black (though Gisele's has an onyx sheen) sitting in a black pick-up truck. Gisele is accompanied by a black lab.

The Brazilian bombshell first appeared in Givenchy at Paris Fashion Week, where she closed Givenchy's Spring 2012 show in October, walking in designer Richard Tisci's creations.

She was then spotted in Barcelona in November, surrounded by photographers, draped in the Spring/Summer 2012 collection once again. This time fashion bloggers knew this was surely an ad campaign and it solidified Gisele as Givenchy's girl.

The ominous beach scene is a stark contrast to Gisele's campaign for Versace Spring 2012, which will intoxicate you with its wash of neon.

However, this is seemingly in accordance with Givenchy's Spring 2012 collection. Contrary to what most believe warm weather clothing should consist of (florals, bright hues and flowy silhouettes), Givenchy twisted the rules around and showed a line of gritty attitude. Sauntering down the runway were models dressed in sharp-shouldered jackets, laser cut leather and curve-hugging frocks.
