The new episode of “Gleipnir” is titled “What It Means To Be Empty,” and it is likely to delve deeper into Claire and Kagaya’s life and their backstory. Towards the end of the debut installment, Kagaya learns that Claire’s sister is a monster, just like him. And he learns it the hard way.

“Gleipnir” episode 1 introduces the viewers to Kagaya, who is a high school student, and he finds out that he can transform into a monster. More like a giant stuffed animal, dog to be precise, with a revolver. His transformation happens when he rescues Claire from a burning barn.

Later, she tells him that she was trying to kill herself. Kagaya is shocked, and before he could know more, her sister arrives.

In the upcoming episodes, it will be revealed why Claire’s sister killed her entire family. Meanwhile, the gold coins remain a mystery, and fans will know more about them in future installments.
