If you own both Google+ and Facebook accounts, and want to keep Facebook account alive though your current love is Google+, here is what you can do. It is simple and requires no extension.

Step 1: Go to http://facebook.com/mobile and login.

Step 2: Copy your unique email address

Step 3: Go to Circles on Google+

Step 4: Add the Facebook e-mail address to a new circle (Add a name by which you can identify this circle from the rest)

Step 5: When you want to update Facebook simply include the circle.

Downside: Photos don't get uploaded to Facebook, thumbnails won't be created and there is a character limit.
