Though just a few days old the social network Google+ already connects more than 10 million people as Larry Page of Google announced together with the company results of Q2 2011.

Page was happy about the astonishing responses to Google+. He called this product the kind of service the company will offer in the future. It should be easy to navigate and easy to use. Among the features of Google+ Circle and Hangout are important to him, because they reflect interactions from real life. His company will development products everyone will use twice a day, like a tooth brush the founder and CEO Page said.

Still Google+ can be in a test mode with milestones and challenges. Till now only a limited number users was allowed, who could invite family and friends after a certain time. Now the further development of the social network will be pushed in order to make still missing functions available soon.

Besides the number of users of currently over 10 million Page also proclaimed proudly the over 1 billion contents are shared through the company's network. Facebook's Mark Zuckerberg also announced recently hos company will use the number of Shares as a success indicator. Google's +1 button is currently clicked about 2.3 billion times per day.
