Legendary actor Robert De Niro and his beautiful wife, Grace Hightower, have welcomed a new addition to the family: a daughter named Helen Grace Hightower.

Helen Grace's birth was announced on Friday. She was born through a surrogate mother and weighed 7 pounds 2 ounces, according to reports.

A spokesman for the actor confirmed the baby's birth with OnTheRedCarpet.com.

De Niro is 68 and Grace Hightower is 56. Helen Grace is the couple's second child, as they also share a 13-year-old son, Elliot.

De Niro married Hightower in 1997. She is his second wife.

The Oscar-winning actor and his ex-wife, Diahnne Abbott, have a 35-year-old son named Raphael. He also adopted Abbott's daughter, Drena, 40, according to OnTheRedCarpet.com.

De Niro has 16-year-old twin sons, Aaron and Julian, with his ex-girlfriend Toukie Smith.
