The top two seeds from both the NFC and AFC played on championship Sunday last year. If a team is going to break that trend in the 2020 NFL playoffs, there is one clear candidate.

The Green Bay Packers are the only home team that isn’t a heavy favorite in the divisional round.

The San Francisco 49ers are laying a field goal against the Minnesota Vikings after their first-round bye, according to OddsShark. The betting lines in the contests that include the Baltimore Ravens and Kansas City Chiefs are up to double digits.

The Seattle Seahawks are only four-point underdogs in their visit to Lambeau Field.

It won’t be considered much of a surprise if the Seahawks win straight up and pull off the upset. Seattle’s moneyline is only +160 at some sportsbooks. Green Bay has either -185 or -190 odds at a few sportsbooks.

Baltimore and Kansas City are better than -400 favorites. San Francisco’s odds to beat Minnesota are better than -300.

The three big favorites are the top Super Bowl contenders. The Packers are a tier below with +750 odds to win the championship.

San Francisco and Green Bay both finished with a 13-3 record. The 49ers won the tiebreaker because of a head-to-head victory over the Packers in Week 12.

Green Bay is 7-5 against the spread as a favorite and 10-2 straight up. The Packers were favored in all eight home games. The Philadelphia Eagles were the only road team to win in Green Bay.

The Packers are 7-1 at home. Including the playoffs, the Seahawks are 8-1 on the road. Seattle is 0-5 against the spread in its last five games in Green Bay.

The Seahawks are 6-2-1 ATS on the road and 4-2 ATS as an underdog.

Seattle defeated Philadelphia on the road in the wild-card round, though Carson Wentz missed most of the game with a concussion.

The Seahawks are without their top three running backs. It’s unclear if left tackle Duane Brown or defensive end Ezekiel Ansah will play. The Packers are relatively healthy.

Seattle made it to the postseason by winning a bunch of close games. They finished with only a plus-seven point differential.

Green Bay outscored its opponents by 63 points with the easiest schedule in the NFC. Kirk Cousins is the only postseason quarterback that the Packers beat during the regular season.

Russell Wilson is 9-5 in his playoff career with a 96.0 passer rating. Aaron Rodgers is 9-7 with a 99.4 rating.
