Finally, a promo video for Season 11 of “Grey’s Anatomy” has been released online! And we have to admit -- it was definitely worth the wait. The 19-second trailer doesn't disappoint, teasing fans with nail-biting scenes from the upcoming season of the hit ABC series.

The first promo focused on the shaky romance between everyone’s favorite ABC couple, Meredith and Derek. When we last saw the duo they were arguing over their move to Washington. While Derek had every intention to pack up and leave Grey Sloan Memorial Hospital, his wife had a very different outlook on the matter, which she stated during episode 24 of last season.

Meredith revealed to Derek that she didn’t want to leave her home to follow her husband as his shadow, much like what happened to her parents. She then admitted that she felt like her career had always come second to Derek’s. So, do we smell a Season 11 breakup? Well, according to TVLine fans should anticipated a “challenging season” for Mer-Der.

“I am staying here,” Meredith said to Derek in the Season 11 promo, which was one of the last scenes from the Season 10 finale.

“He’s dying inside,” viewers hear April say as the camera cuts to a shot of a solemn-looking McDreamy. The promo video then warns fans to “hold on to your hearts” before showing another intense scene of Meredith questioning her marriage.

“I don’t know if my marriage can survive this,” Meredith says while holding Alex.

Mer-Der has survived a lot throughout the past 10 seasons -- from shootings to explosions and even a plane crash -- so it seems far-fetched that the relationship we watched unfold on the small screen would die over a move to Washington.
