If you thought episode 14 of “Grey’s Anatomy” was full with baby drama, just wait until the upcoming Season 12 storyline of the hit ABC series airs. According to the synopsis for episode 15, titled “I Am Not Waiting Anymore,” Jackson (Jesse Williams) will finally learn that his ex-wife, April (Sarah Drew), is pregnant … with his child.

April has been keeping her swollen news a secret from Jackson ever since then two signed the divorce papers in episode 11 of the medical drama. According to the red haired surgeon, she didn’t want to complicate her already complicated relationship with her ex by announcing her pregnancy. She also didn’t want Jackson to feel trapped by the pregnancy, forcing him into a relationship with her when he clearly didn’t want one.

But Drew revealed in an Instagram post that Jackson won’t be entirely thrilled with April's decision to keep the exciting news under wraps.

“Some stuff happens in ep1215,” Drew teased in a caption. “Some stuff happens.”

In the Instagram picture, fans can see Jackson and April partaking in what looks like an intense conversation. Another image reveals April looking completely distraught following the emotional interaction, bent over a surgical table as Owen (Kevin McKidd) helplessly watches on. Needless to say, it doesn’t seem like the Japril drama is over quite yet.

Meanwhile, Alex (Justin Chambers) and his team of doctors will handle a multi-hour, triple-organ transplant surgery in episode 15, according to the synopsis. But as Alex is elbow deep in organs, Meredith (Ellen Pompeo) will be on the fence about whether she should begin dating again.

Lastly, Andrew (Giacomo Gianniotti) will make an announcement in the forthcoming episode, insisting that he’s not receiving any “special treatment” just because he’s the boyfriend of Maggie (Kelly McCreary), the Head of Cardiothoracic Surgery. Apparently nepotism has played a dangerous role within the walls of Grey Sloan and some surgeons are not happy about it.

“Grey’s Anatomy” airs Thursdays at 8 p.m. EDT on ABC.
