‘Grey’s Anatomy’ Season 13 Spoilers: Premiere Title Revealed; What Drama Will Occur In Episode 1?

Time to throw yourself an impromptu dance party because “Grey’s Anatomy” has just revealed the title of the show’s anticipated Season 13 premiere.

Debbie Allen, who portrays Jackson’s (Jesse Williams) magnificent and meddling mother Catherine, took to Twitter to unveil that episode 1 of the upcoming season has been dubbed “Undo.” The image of the Season 13 premiere script, which Allen shared with her social media followers, also revealed that the episode was written by William Harper and directed by herself.

“Can’t wait to share @GreysABC Season 13, episode 1 with you! Sit tight!” she excitedly told fans who are anxiously awaiting the return of the ABC medical drama this fall.

After Allen unveiled the title of episode 1, fans began to theorize what “Undo” could possibly mean. Several Japril shippers hoped that the Season 13 premiere title meant that Jackson and April (Sarah Drew) would “undo” their divorce. In Season 12 of “Grey’s Anatomy,” the couple signed divorce papers moments before finding out that they were expecting a baby together.

Drew then divulged to TV Guide in February that April’s pregnancy was a “beacon of hope” for the divided duo. “I always, always, always hold out hope for Japril,” she said. “ I think there’s always hope. Nobody’s dead. There’s always hope as long as they’re both still breathing.”

Fans then saw a glimmer of that said hope when Williams and Drew snapped a behind-the-scenes selfie from the Season 13 set of “Grey’s Anatomy” on Instagram. In the picture, which was taken while filming episode 1, viewers could see Jackson sporting dark blue scrubs and Drew wearing a hospital gown. This means that Season 13 will pick up just when the Season 12 finale left off — with the divorced couple becoming parents.

In the Season 12 finale, April and Jackson welcomed a beautiful and healthy baby after April underwent a horrific C-section on Meredith’s (Ellen Pompeo) kitchen table. Could this baby “undo” Japril’s divorce? Sound off with your thoughts in the comments section below!
