“It’s Groundhog Day!”

Every year, Punxsutawney, Pennsylvania, plays host to groundhog Punxsutawney Phil as he makes his way out of his burrow to predict if it will be an early spring or a long winter. Fans of the holiday may also want to mark the occasion by watching the 1993 dramedy “Groundhog Day” starring Bill Murray.

The film follows a begrudged weatherman (Murray) who finds himself trapped reliving the event over and over again until he gets it right. Andie MacDowell and Chris Elliot also star in the Harold Ramis-directed feature.
