Gwen Stefani and Blake Shelton just bought their first home together.

Stefani and Shelton have finally closed a deal for their first estate as partners. The pair has reportedly purchased a $13.2 million property in the prime foothills of Encino, out in Los Angeles’ increasingly desirable San Fernando Valley, Variety reported.

The 13,000-square-foot property sits on a private 1.6-acre lot. It has three floors and impressive amenities, including a four-car garage, a state-of-the-art movie theater, a large outdoor pool and spa.

Stefani and Shelton’s new home also contains a cabana with an outdoor kitchen and a wet bar for the “God Gave Me You” singer’s vodka.

Stefani and Shelton’s decision to buy a new home comes less than a year after the No Doubt frontwoman sold her Beverly Hills hilltop mansion, where she used to live with ex-husband Gavin Rossdale.

Stefani’s previous home was known as The Summit. She listed it for $35 million in January 2017. The property was only sold in 2019 for $21.6 million, over $10 million less than the initial price.

At present, the “Voice” coaches are quarantining together with Stefani’s three sons, Kingston, 13, Zuma, 11, and Apollo, 6, in Oklahoma.

Just recently, Rossdale spoke about how he and Shelton co-parent their three kids. The “Love Remains the Same” crooner revealed in an interview on SiriusXM’s "Trunk Nation" on April 10 that co-parenting is more challenging during the pandemic.

“I know who’s around me — no one is,” Rossdale said. “And I know who’s bringing me the coronavirus — no one is. But you send your kids out to someone else, and they come back to you and now you’re prone to whoever they’re with. It’s a tricky one for all divorced parents.”

Meanwhile, in a virtual appearance on “The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon,” Shelton said that they do not go outside his home. In fact, his mom and step-dad only lived 10 miles from his house, but he had never seen them since the middle of March. He also shared what they do to keep themselves busy while self-isolating.

“We learned how to make bread real good, sourdough bread,” Shelton said. “Literally it’s like Little House on the Prairie here. She makes bread, I’ve been building a fence and gardening. We’re pretty self-sufficient out here.”
