Gwen Stefani, Blake Shelton Too Busy To Tie The Knot?

Gwen Stefani and Blake Shelton have been together for years. And there are rumors that their marriage is looming.

A source told Hollywood Life that No Doubt singer has always been sure about her feelings for the country crooner. As such, Stefani wants to tie the knot with Shelton as soon as possible. However, their union won’t likely take place this year.

Shelton isn’t ready to settle down with Stefani because of his busy schedule. However, this doesn’t mean that he isn’t on board with the idea of tying the knot with his girlfriend in the near future.

“Blake and Gwen are in the same boat that they have been in forever — they are deeply in love with each other and the life they have made for each other is something out of a movie,” a source said.

Another source said that Shelton is planning a traditional wedding with Stefani. The insider also stressed that the couple is just looking for the best time when to tie the knot but they are sure that they will seal the deal one day.

“She’s [Gwen] not in any huge rush and is letting Blake take the lead. And, to be honest, she is very happy with things exactly as they are. They are living in their new home together and things couldn’t be more perfect,” the source said.

Just a few months ago, Shelton opened up about his marriage plans during an interview with Entertainment Tonight. The country singer said that he thinks all of the rumors surrounding his upcoming marriage to Stefani are funny.

“If I am somehow, and Gwen is somehow, newsworthy enough that they have to make up stories about us just to have something to say, then I guess that’s a good problem to have. You know, I gotta say that we couldn’t be happier, and we’ve never been doing better,” he said.
