Gwen Stefani-Blake Shelton Update: ‘Sangria’ Singer Responds To Rumors His ‘The Voice’ Co-Star Is Pregnant

Blake Shelton dismissed rumors Gwen Stefani is pregnant with his child, and finds it hilarious that people believe the tabloid gossip. Rumors surfaced this week that Shelton and Stefani were expecting their first child together, but the country singer laughed off the speculation in a series of tweets to his fans.

Shelton is known for mocking tabloid rumors about him and took to Twitter Thursday to ensure fans that he wasn't having a baby with his "The Voice" co-star. When a male fan tweeted to the 39-year-old jokingly writing that he was pregnant with the singer's baby, Shelton responded: "Ha!! You too!! D---, I'm fertile."

Another fan tweeted at the NBC judge, writing that she hopes people don't believe the rumors about him. "Surely not," Shelton responded. "People can't be that dumb?"

As previously reported, rumors started swirling Wednesday that Stefani was pregnant after OK! magazine reported that the No Doubt singer made a doctor’s appointment last month and had "changed her lifestyle" due to the possibility of being pregnant. However, Gossip Cop quickly debunked OK!’s report citing that a source close to Shelton who called the pregnancy rumors "total BS."

Earlier this week, Stefani commented on the endless rumors surrounding her and Shelton's love lives, telling San Diego's "Frankie and Geena Morning Show" on 93.3 that she never said she was dating her co-star.

"I don’t know who said that," Stefani said referring to reports that the pair confirmed their relationship ahead of the Country Music Association Awards on Nov. 4. "People just can say whatever they want and then they can just believe it."

While the status of Stefani and Shelton’s relationship remains a mystery, the pair has been spotted spending a lot of time together. They were seen getting cozy at a Halloween party a few weeks ago and were photographed holding hands after leaving a CMA after-party last week.
