Gwen Stefani, Blake Shelton Wedding Rumors: Couple Allegedly Tied The Knot Secretly In Oklahoma
KEY POINTS
- Blake Shelton and Gwen Stefani, reportedly, got hitched in a simple wedding ceremony in Oklahoma
- The No Doubt singer's children, allegedly, served as part of the entourage
- Blake Shelton and Gwen Stefani have yet to address the wedding rumors
Gwen Stefani and Blake Shelton are, undeniably, among the most popular Hollywood couples today. The No Doubt singer and “The Voice” coach have found solace in each other’s arms after their messy divorces from Gavin Rossdale and Miranda Lambert, respectively. Though Gwen and Blake have been very vocal about the details of their relationship, rumors are rife that they, already, tied the knot in secret.
Star Magazine, in its forthcoming April 27, 2020 issue, claimed that Gwen and Blake had a low-key backyard ceremony on the “God Gave Me You” singer’s ranch in Oklahoma. The entertainment news outlet reported that the couple, finally, decided to get hitched after nearly five years of dating. However, no concrete pieces of evidence can prove that these claims are true up to this writing.
“They’re both laidback and spontaneous, and it just made sense. They didn’t need any fanfare, just a handful of loved ones and someone to preside over the nuptials,” an unnamed source told the publication. “It was a celebration of love, pure and simple, and a perfect way for Gwen and Blake to become man and wife,” it went on.
Gwen Stefani’s kids – Apollo, 6, Zuma, 11, and Kingston, 13 – were, reportedly, part of the entourage. The youngest son of the “Hollaback Girl” singer, allegedly, served as ring bearer while his brothers were groomsmen. The report added that the food was a mix of vegan dishes and traditional Southern fare.
“Whenever Blake and Gwen host a party, friends come with a plate of salad in one hand and a basket of ribs in the other,” the insider said, before adding that cases of champagnes and kegs of beer were also present during the party. The report stated that there were only a total of 16 guests.
Neither Blake Shelton nor Gwen Stefani has confirmed anything as of yet. Also, with Star Magazine’s reputation for publishing stories based on the accounts of its undependable and anonymous sources, this could be another claim waiting to be debunked. So, avid followers of the couple should take these wedding rumors lightly until everything is proven true and correct.
Meanwhile, in December 2019, informants told People Magazine that Gwen Stefani and Blake Shelton badly wanted to tie the knot. However, the “Rich Girl” singer has yet to finalize her divorce from Gavin Rossdale before they take another step.
