Gwen Stefani Doesn't Want To Propose To Blake Shelton

Gwen Stefani is not going to propose to her boyfriend Blake Shelton. The two singers have been dating for a few years now, but they are not keen on getting married just yet.

When Ellen DeGeneres recently gave a wall clock as a gift to Shelton, to show that the clock is ticking for his marriage, he had put the onus of the marriage proposal on his girlfriend. Stefani, however, made it quite clear in a recent interview that she will not be doing that.

“You know this is not how this is gonna work,” Stefani told Entertainment Tonight when she was asked whether or not she was going to propose to Shelton.

As far as the wall clock is concerned, Shelton revealed that DeGeneres is having the glass of the clock put back in. Stefani, however, knows about the gift and her boyfriend revealed that she “loves it.” The country singer also added that it will be up to his girlfriend to decide where to put the clock.

A source close to the couple told Entertainment Tonight that both Shelton and Stefani are “happier than they have ever been.” The country singer apparently talks about his girlfriend all the time, and his friends have noticed that he “glows” every time he talks about her.

“He gushes about her a lot and it’s really sweet ,” the insider revealed.

Shelton and Stefani have talked about marriage, but they have decided not to “rock the boat” with marriage because things are going great the way they are. The source added that they both see each other as a soul mate, but they don’t want to get married right now.

Despite their busy schedules, both Shelton and Stefani try to make time to spend with each other and the children. The country singer is a “huge part” of the children’s lives, according to the insider, and the kids have also started to dress like him.
