Gwen Stefani Insisting On Blake Shelton Joining Her On Tour, Report Says

Gwen Stefani is insisting that Blake Shelton join her on an upcoming tour but the country singer is not keen on the idea, according to a latest report by OK! magazine. This follows reports of Shelton urging his girlfriend to avoid posting their pictures on social media.

The 46-year-old will kick start her tour in mid-July and will complete it in mid-October. She reportedly wants her boyfriend to be with her on the tour.

“Gwen is worried about the idea of spending so much time apart,” according to OK! magazine, as cited by Hollywood Life. “She’s afraid it’s going to blow up their romance. She wants to keep an eye on Blake.”

However, Shelton reportedly does not want to join his girlfriend for the event. “Blake loves Gwen, but doesn’t want to be her sidekick for two months,” the source told the magazine.

However, Gossip Cop reported that Stefani has not asked Shelton to join her on the tour dismissing the magazine’s claims.

Shelton had reportedly told Stefani to avoid posting their photos on social media because their public displays of affection might turn off their fans or even cheapen their romance. However, that rumor was also dismantled by Gossip Cop.

Earlier this month, during an interview to a radio station, Stefani shot down rumors that Shelton proposed to her with a ring in a Kentucky Fried Chicken box.

“Are you kidding me? Oh my God,” Stefani said. “The whole thing has gotten so out of control. I actually don’t eat meat,” the 46-year-old said.
