Gwyneth Paltrow Feuding With Jennifer Lawrence? Goop Founder Reportedly Angry Over Chris Martin Introducing JLaw To Their Children

Talk about mama drama! When Gwyneth Paltrow found out her estranged husband Chris Martin had introduced their two children to his newest belle, actress Jennifer Lawrence, the Goop founder reportedly had a few harsh words to share with the “Hunger Games” star.

According to the National Enquirer, Paltrow, 42, allegedly called Lawrence, 24, to let the red-carpet darling know that while she “couldn’t stop her” from dating the 37-year-old Coldplay frontman, she could certainly intervene when it came to interactions with Apple, 10, and Moses, 8.

The alleged comments come after Radar Online previously reported that the “Iron Man” actress had warned her husband, from whom she consciously uncoupled in March, to make sure Lawrence didn’t leave “personal items at Chris’ house” out of fear that the “kids might come across” them. But a sweater left behind is the least of it, as Lawrence has been at Martin’s $14 million Malibu mansion to spend quality time with Paltrow’s ex and children on the weekends.

Us Weekly dished that prior to the rumored feud, Paltrow had previously requested a one-on-one with Lawrence so that the two Hollywood actresses could get to know one another. Lawrence could, after all, become the stepmother to Paltrow’s children if she and Martin decide to take their relationship to the next level.

"She'd like to spend a little time with [Lawrence] and thinks they'd probably get along," an insider told the magazine. However, Paltrow did have one request: that Martin hold off on introducing their children to Lawrence. "Gwyneth wants to be sure about her," the source explained.

But after two months of Martin and Lawrence’s “intense” romance, the singer decided it was time to introduce his children to the woman he’s been completely smitten with -- despite Paltrow's plea. “Gwyneth was absolutely stunned when Chris told her he wants to introduce the kids to Jennifer. He sees this relationship going the distance," a source revealed to Radar Online. "This has been a huge blow to Gwyn’s ego because she has always bragged that she has Chris wrapped around her finger.”

Looks like Lawrence is helping Martin let go.
