The players are heading towards the Nationals as the practice match with Date Tech ends. In “Haikyuu!!” Season 4 episode 8, “Challenger” the players are challenging each other from Hinata to Kinoshita, the episode revolves around the word—challenge.

The eighth installment starts with the practice match between Karasuno and Date Tech. The episode focuses on the interpersonal relationships of players. It is a delight to see them encourage each other. During the episode, Tanaka exclaims that Kageyama can encourage him.

As a matter of fact, throughout “Haikyuu!!” Season 4 episode 8, Kageyama remembers to keep an eye on his teammates’ conditions. When Tanaka misses striking a point, he goes into his self-loathing mode, but Kageyama reminds him that it was a great line shot by him. Meanwhile, Kinoshita is called in for a service and he delivers like a champ. The coach encourages him to not hide and come forward when it is time for him to shine.

This episode is completely different from episode 7, in this one, the Karasuno team members are brushing positive vibes on each other and that is reflected in their performance.

Moreover, the Karasuno players are also observing Date Tech and getting inspired by their fighting spirit and exceptional blocking skills.

However, in “Haikyuu!!” Season 4 episode 8, Karasuno team members have figured a way to penetrate the defense. The humor content in episode 8 is top-notch as there are moments that crack you up. It is refreshing to see the respect Date Tech and Karasuno players have for each other. They are promoting true sportsmanship on and off the court.

With the end of this episode, we are getting closer to the Nationals. It will be interesting to see Hinata blossom and fans can’t wait for the Spring Tournament.
