Hailey Baldwin and Justin Bieber celebrated their first anniversary of the marriage proposal recently. Baldwin shared a sweet picture of the two of them together online to mark the occasion.

Exactly one year ago, Bieber proposed to get married to Baldwin, and she said yes. The model shared a sweet picture of the couple at a secluded place together on Instagram.

In her message to her husband in the post, Baldwin said that she agreed to being Bieber’s “best friend for life,” and now that the two of them are celebrating the anniversary of the proposal; she wrote that she has never loved her husband more.

“Life gets more beautiful everyday because of you, my heart belongs to you forever,” Baldwin wrote. The model is now looking forward to learning and growing together with Bieber.

The engagement happened in a resort in the Bahamas, TMZ reported. Everyone was at a restaurant, enjoying some salsa dances when Bieber’s security asked people to put their phones away. The “Baby” singer then proposed to Baldwin in front of everyone.

Bieber and Baldwin got married just two months after getting engaged last year. They got married secretly in New York City, and they didn’t tell anyone about their plans beforehand, People reported. There appears to have been some opposition to the marriage because a source said at that time that the couple didn’t listen to anyone and went ahead with their marriage plans.

Although they got married in secret, Bieber and Baldwin have been planning a religious ceremony and a celebration for their friends and family. A source has confirmed that the couple is planning the large, second wedding around the time of their first marriage anniversary.

Baldwin is currently working out the details of the wedding with a planner. Both she and her husband are “excited” about the celebration, according to an insider.
