"Self-love is never selfish," she wrote in the caption.

One fan wrote, "flawless."

Meanwhile, several loved Berry's trousers and commented about it. One even asked where she got them from.
"Those pants tho!" one wrote.
"Where are those adorable pants from?" another asked.
Earlier this month, Berry turned 54 and she celebrated her birthday by sharing a photo of her skateboarding in a bikini and white T-shirt.
"54...life just gets better and better!" she wrote on Instagram.
Berry’s post was flooded with well-wishes for the “Kidnap” star. Many also praised Berry’s shape because she still has the curves at her age. Several also said Berry was their inspiration to be fit.
Berry shared her workout routine with Women's Health in May. The Oscar winner revealed that two of her four weekly workouts only last 20 minutes but they can "totally knock you on your butt."
Her 20-minute all-out circuit includes jumping rope, squats plus standing oblique crunches, reverse lunges plus punches, plie squats plus calf raises and four mountain-climbers plus two sit-outs.
"I really love these hardcore, speedy workouts because I always come out of them feeling excited (and a little exhausted)," she said about the routine at the time. "They also remind me that I always have time to do something for myself—and so do you. Even if it's two 10-minute sweats throughout your day; if you use the time wisely, you can still have a helluva workout."
