Halle Berry Engaged, Moving to France with Daughter and New Fiance to Flee Dangerous Stalkers

Halle Berry has received plenty of bad news in the last few weeks. Not just one, but two of her stalkers are back on the streets of Hollywood and the movie star is running scared. The best solution may be to relocate with her 3-year old daughter and newly announced fiancée Oliver Martin, to her future husband, France.

According to TMZ, Martinez popped the question sometime in 2012, and the timing couldn't have been better because in order to move to France with her daughter, Nahla, she needs a judge to grant her full custody in an ongoing court battle between Berry and her ex-boyfriend Gabriel Aubry, who doesn't like the idea of his daughter moving across the Atlantic Ocean.

Halle Berry currently has two stalkers on the loose in California. The first, Richard Anthony Franco, has been following her for years. He was convicted in January 2012 for stalking charges and sentenced to 386 days in prison, half of which he had already served while waiting for the case to be heard. He was also ordered to stay away from Berry for 10 years. According to iVillage.com, Franco was recently released from jail after striking a plea deal.

[Richard Franco] has invaded and trampled upon the most fundamental sense of security I have, Berry said in her statement to the authorities. I am extremely frightened.

Meanwhile, Robert Hoskins, who stalked Madonna in the 1990s and was incarcerated in a mental institution in 1995 after one of her bodyguards shot the man, escaped from his Los Angeles-area institution last week, according to ABC News.

Hoskin's has moved on from Madonna switched his focus to threatening to kill Halle Berry.

According to the LAPD, Hoskins is highly psychotic when not taking his medication and has very violent tendencies.

According to iVillage.com, Berry is particularly uncomfortable staying at home because her California address is well known and Hollywood bus tours often bring their customers right to her front door. She has also expressed concern over the way Aubry takes care of their daughter, exposing her to paparazzi, possibly putting her in danger.
