Berry was married in 1993 to former baseball player, David Justice, they separated in 1996 and were divorced in 1997. Berry then married singer, Eric Benet, in 2001. The couple separated in 2003 and the divorce was finalized in 2005.

In 2005 Berry met model, Gabriel Aubry, at a photo shoot for Versace. The couple began dating and in 2008 welcomed a daughter, Nahla Ariela Aubry. The couple separated in 2010 and are locked in a contentious custody battle.

Berry began dating her fiance, Olivier Martinez, in 2010 after the couple met on the set of their new movie, Dark Tide. Last month Martinez confirmed the engagement telling Miami.com, Yes, of course it's true!

Martinez proposed to Berry with a one-of-a-kind emerald and gold engagement ring.
