Halsey has officially made a full circle at the 2022 Grammys. The singer, who made her debut back in 2017, revealed she underwent surgery just days before her latest appearance, just like she did five years ago.

The 64th Annual Grammy Awards were held at the MGM Grand Garden Arena in Las Vegas on Sunday. The 27-year-old new mom looked stunning on the red carpet as she donned a strapless dark maroon and black belted Pressiat gown with a high back slit, black strappy heels, and a matching black statement hat, according to Page Six.

Halsey completed her show-stopping look with deep wine red lips and sparkling jewelry. But, just a day before the event, the singer took to Instagram to share a post, letting her fans know that she was "fragile" from the surgery.

"The last time I attended the Grammys was 2017 and it was 3 days after I had my first Endometriosis surgery. I walked the carpet with my stitches still in. As luck would have it, I’m attending tomorrow for the first time in years and I had surgery again (you guessed it) 3 days ago," wrote the "Without You" singer.

While Halsey did not elaborate on the medical procedure, she added, "Only posting this to say, if you see me be gentle lol I’m fragile. Fragile but excited :)." Later, via her stories, she shared that she left soon because she wasn't feeling too well, but stayed long enough to watch her friends, Korean boy band BTS, perform their hit single "Butter."

The first time she underwent surgery, Halsey detailed the procedure in a lengthy Instagram post that has since been deleted, reported People.

"Today I braved multiple terrifying surgeries," she wrote in a Jan. 6, 2017, Instagram post, which has since been deleted. "The most important of which being the surgery that would hopefully treat my endometriosis. For those of you who have followed this battle of mine or who may suffer with it yourself, you know the extremes to which it can be mentally exhausting and physically painful."

"I'm in total agony right now… (and I'm going to be in excruciating pain for a while cause I had quite the cocktail of procedures today)," she continued. "In my recovery I am thinking of all of you and how you give me the strength and stamina to power through and prosper.

"If you suffer from chronic pain or a debilitating disease please know that I have found time to live a crazy, wild, rewarding life AND balance my treatment and I hope so much in my heart that you can too," Halsey added at the time.

As for the Grammys, the singer received her third nomination, this time for Best Alternative Music Album for her fourth studio album, "If I Can't Have Love, I Want Power."
