Usher Terry Raymond IV (aka Usher) turned 33 on October 14.
The singer-songwriter, dancer, entrepreneur and actor was born in Dallas, Texas back in 1978.
Usher has been a force in the music industry since he broke out on the scene in 1992. He was one of the best-selling R&B artists of the 1990's and continued his success in the 2000's. The RIAA ranks Usher as one of the best-selling artists in American music history, having sold over 23 million copies in the United States alone. To date, he has sold over 65 million records worldwide.
Usher has won numerous awards including seven Grammys, four World Music Awards, six American Music Awards, and 22 Billboard Music Awards.
Usher has completed five studio albums, one live album and nine compilations. He has also created over 30 music videos.
Once known for his physique and smooth voice, Usher has transformed from pop star to doting dad over the years with his sons Usher Raymond V, who goes by Cinco, and Naviyd.
