Happy Valentine's Day From President Obama And Michelle: First Couple Shares Adorable Pictures [PHOTOS]
President Barack Obama and first lady Michelle Obama are unconcerned about rumors concerning Beyonce. The couple made sure to spread the love on Valentine’s Day, tweeting adorable photos along with even cuter captions.
Earlier this week, the French media claimed Obama was having a secret affair with the 33-year-old pop superstar. While it's implausible, Pascal Rostain, a French photographer, was quoted in newspaper Le Figaro as saying that the Washington Post will be publishing a story about their love affair.
While the Post has denied the claim, Rostain said, "You know, at this time, [in] the United States, there is something big that is happening… Besides, it'll go out tomorrow in the Washington Post, we cannot say that it is the gutter press, [reporting on an] alleged affair between President Barack Obama and Beyoncé. I can assure you that the world will talk about it."
This is not the first time the stability of the Obamas’ marriage has been called into question. In a controversial biography, “The Amateur: Barack Obama in the White House,” published in 2012, author Edward Klein claims Michelle planned to divorce Barack in 2000.
However, the pair look happy and in love, as Michelle posted a photo collage of the two, along with the caption, “Hey Barack, I'll always be your valentine! #HappyValentinesDay –mo”
The president returned the love, sharing a photo of him kissing Michelle lovingly on the cheek while she embraced him. “Here's the truth: @MichelleObama is still the best Valentine,” read his photo caption.
