Harold Camping neighbor says he is a “good person” (VIDEO)
Harold Camping, who has been branded as a false Doomsday prophet after his May 21, 2011 End of the World prediction failed, is a “good neighbor,” a neighbor of the Family Radio president said.
A lady who lives on the same road as Camping said he has been staying on Gibbons Drive in Alameda, Calif. for “a long time” and she feels that “he is a good neighbor”.
The lady, who did not give International Business Times (IBTimes) reporters her name, said when she saw the Doomsday billboards, she was surprised as she didn’t think “it was today (May 21, 2011)”.
“We’re all still here. I wasn’t even aware of it,” the lady said.
When the lady heard that Camping had met IBTimes reporters, she asked, “Does he have another day in mind?”
Camping, who refused to meet the media for the last couple of days, told IBTimes that he will be making a public statement on Monday night.
“Give me a day…You know this is a big deal, big deal, and I've got to live with it and I've got to think it out,” Camping said.
Camping also said that Family Radio will continue to “operate as normal.”
