Harry Styles finally spoke, addressing the circulating rumors that he and Adele are dating.

Speculations of Styles and the “Rolling In The Deep” singer dating rose when both musicians were caught on cam spending the holiday together at Anguilla and Virgin Islands. Adele, 31, recently lost a significant amount of weight and it was reportedly attributed to her dating the former One Direction member.

Is there any truth to the rumor that the pair are dating? Styles, 24, denied the circulating news during his interview with Howard Stern on Sirius XM, Metro UK reported.

Styles reportedly said that whenever two musicians hang out together, people assume that either they date or they’re recording together. Apparently, the two British singers are just good old pals. Moreover, Styles and Adele were not alone together as they were joined by James Corden and his family.

Styles and Adele’s friendship started a few years back. They reportedly met through a mutual colleague in the entertainment industry back in 2017 while Styles was working on his single “Sign of the Times,” ES Insider reported. Although the former One Direction member confirmed that they’re just friends, Adele was, reportedly, Styles’ teenage crush. He admitted that if he was given the chance to kiss someone at the 2012 Brit Awards, that someone would be the “Chasing Pavements” singer.

On Styles’ 21st birthday, he reportedly received a copy of Adele’s “21” album from the “Hello” singer as a gift.

This only means one thing: Harry Styles is still single. It’s something he recently confirmed after admitting that he was robbed during the Valentine’s Day.

Styles said during an interview at “The Howard Stern Show,” on Monday, that it’s [being robbed] what you got for being single these days, USA Today reported. He added that he should’ve had other plans.

Despite being currently single, Styles is not discounting the possibility of settling down in the future; however, he finds dating difficult nowadays, The Sun reported. The former One Direction singer emphasized that this [dating] has always been a “balance thing.” He said he wanted to date normally and at the same time, he also wanted to protect it so it could be normal.

Styles dreams of spending “enough” time with his love interest and get to know the person before dealing with the “extra stuff.”

Adele parted ways from her husband, Simon Konecki, back in April 2019. Styles, reportedly, was the one who helped the “Hello” singer move on. A source reportedly revealed to Closer Magazine that Styles often checked on her and was always there when Adele needed a company. The insider, whose name was not disclosed, described Styles as an amazing friend to her.
