Harry Styles' Fan Falls From Top Stand Of Stadium During Glasgow Concert
A man fell from the balcony and landed on the audience during Harry Styles' concert in Glasgow.
Styles was performing at Ibrox Stadium in Glasgow over the weekend. The fan, who was on the third tier of seating in the stadium, did not sustain any serious injury.
"Officers were made aware of a man falling from a club deck at premises on Edmiston Drive, Glasgow at around 10.15 p.m. on Saturday 11 June 2022. There were no suspicious circumstances and the man was seen to by medical staff," Police Scotland said in a statement, Sky News reported Sunday.
The event, which was part of Styles' Love on Tour concerts, was attended by almost 50,000 fans.
A Twitter user shared a video of the auditorium packed with fans and wrote, "Pov ur me enjoying the show before I got swallowed by harry styles."
Styles opened up about his songs while speaking on Howard Stern's SiriusXM show last month.
"When I write songs, they kind of start out just, I guess, mine," Styles told Stern. "I think it's important to write from what you're going through at the time and trying to turn life into what you make. I guess it's like, the most you can kind of capture a moment is kind of being true to that."
The 28-year-old singer also spoke about his upcoming movie, "Don't Worry Darling," which is slated to release on Sept. 23. The movie is directed by his girlfriend, actress Olivia Wilde. Styles will play Jack's character in it.
"I had a wonderful experience being directed by Olivia. I think there is something that obviously…acting is kind of very uncomfortable at times. I think you have to trust a lot," he added.
The singer will also feature in movies like "My Policeman" and "Faster, Cheaper, Better."
"My Policeman" is helmed by director Michael Grandage and it is an adaptation of Bethan Roberts' novel of the same name. The romantic drama is slated to release on Oct. 21. "Faster, Cheaper, Better" is helmed by director Dan Gilroy.
