People spotted Styles, 26 and Wilde, 36, holding hands while attending the wedding of Jeffrey Azoff, Style’s manager, in Montecino, CA. An undisclosed insider reportedly told TMZ that Wilde was the actor’s plus one.

Meanwhile, an insider reportedly told E! News that Wilde and Styles stayed in the same hotel for the night before going back to Los Angeles.

Another source also told the said entertainment outlet that Wilde and Styles have been dating for a while. Furthermore, the unnamed informant said that this information had been exclusive to their inner circle.

The spread of Styles and Wilde’s budding romance thrilled some netizens, who took their excitement to Twitter and extended their compliments to the pair.

However, many netizens are still not convinced about the alleged new celebrity couple. One netizen outspokenly said that only a middle school student or a tabloid magazine would say that Wilde and Styles were dating.

“If you’re saying that Olivia Wilde and Harry Styles are dating, you’re either a middle school[er] or a tabloid magazine,” the netizen said.

An avid supporter of Styles’ former band, One Direction, also reacted to dating rumors.

The tweet has a video of Styles, during an interview, where he said that he has a lot of friends, including girls, and “apparently” he’s dating all of them.

Another netizen uploaded a meme, amid the dating rumors. The tweet has a picture of Wilde and Styles, sitting together with kids.

Then came a snap of Styles kneeling beside and holding the hand of his former One Direction bandmate, Niall Horan.

“UNSEEN: Harry Styles and Niall Horan are dating!” the tweet said.

Styles and Wilde are yet to confirm the status of their relationship amid the dating rumors. For now, what has been known is the fact that Styles and Wilde are working on the movie “Don’t Worry Darling.”

Styles came in as a replacement for Shia LaBeouf, who was reportedly fired by Wilde, People reported.
