Has Bella Hadid Moved On From The Weeknd? Model Caught Flirting With Jordan Barrett

Although Bella Hadid has admitted that she is heartbroken over her split from The Weeknd, who moved on to Selena Gomez, it looks like the model may finally be over her ex-boyfriend.

On Monday, the 20-year-old was spotted getting close to Australian model Jordan Barrett at her New York City apartment, according to the Daily Mail. Photographs of the two, which were taken while they sat by the window, showed the models sitting close to one another while having a conversation.

During their chat, Hadid was wearing a tank top and Brazilian cut panties while Barrett was shirtless and looked to be wearing white pants. At one point during the chat, the two began an impromptu photo shoot with Hadid placing a cellular phone on the windowsill as the two posed for the camera.

The duo eventually took their photo session on to the balcony where Barrett put on a white T-shirt as he sat close to Hadid to take selfies. Later on that day, the two headed to a Charity Foundation Party together.

This isn’t the first time Hadid and Barrett have spent time with one another. In May, during the Cannes Film Festival, the two were both in France and partied on a yacht together with some friends.

Barrett documented their time by sharing photos of himself and Hadid on Instagram. He shared one photo of himself relaxing on the yacht laying next to Hadid and a friend. “Catch up on them Zzzzz’s,” he captioned the photo.

In the second post, Barrett shared a photo of the group with Hadid sitting next to him as she spoke on the phone. “The castaways in France Prep @iamnaomicampbell fashion for Relief,” he wrote.

Although she seems to be happily moving on from her past romance, Hadid has admitted that she did struggle emotionally following her split from The Weeknd. “As an outsider, you might think I handled it so well, but it’s always in your heart, and you always feel it very heavily,” she told Teen Vogue following the break up last November.

“It’ll be hard for a while. Love hurts, but you have to pull through,” Hadid said.

Although the relationship is over, the model caused quite a stir on Monday when she like a photo of her ex-boyfriend on Instagram. Although Hadid unfollowed The Weeknd and Gomez, she liked a photo of the “Starboy” singer’s Forbes cover posted to The Shade Room.

Fans of Gomez noticed the like from the model and began to call her out for showing affection for her ex-boyfriend via social media, according to Refinery29. Hours after the like and a slew of comments from fans, Hadid unliked the picture.

The model previously told Teen Vogue that despite their break up, she will always care for her ex-boyfriend. “But I’ll always respect him, and I’ll always love him,” she told the publication.

“Sometimes you want to be sad about it or handle it differently, but at the end of the day, you never want to burn a bridge that you’ve fought so hard to build,” Hadid added.

Although the model isn’t looking to cut ties with people from her past, it looks like Gomez’s fans aren’t too keen on her mending fences with The Weeknd at the moment.
