Miley Cyrus turned heads in a low-cut yellow dress at the CNN Heroes Awards late Sunday. The dress was not the only part of Cryus' appearance that surprised fans. It appeared that the 19-year-old Disney star may have had plastic surgery.

Star Magazine consulted with three experts on plastic surgery and they all agreed that it looks like her new look is a result of breast implants.

It looks like she has had them done, Dr. Tahl Humes of Vitahl Medical Aesthetics told the magazine. If you look at the volume, it appears she has had a breast augmentation... Whoever did them did a very good job.

Dr. Michael Niccole of California's Cosmeticare came to the same verdict.

A third plastic surgeon, Dr. Brian Glatt, claimed, The outline of the implants are clearly visible in the inner lower portions of her breasts.

Cyrus has not responded to the report as of yet.

One source, however, told Page Six that the claims are bogus.

It's not true at all, the source tells Page Six. Miley never had breast implants.
