HBO Now Movies List 2016: Highlights From The August Lineup And What’s Leaving

Time to break out the popcorn, movie lovers, because HBO is rolling out its new original programming highlights for August. And according to the upcoming month’s incredible lineup, film enthusiasts won’t want to leave their couch when the award-winning content makes its way to premium cable television network.

HBO subscribers will notice a change in their library starting Monday, Aug. 1, when an avalanche of new flicks flood the satellite television network. From the premiere of original programs like “Meet the Donors,” to the arrival of critically acclaimed films like “Youth,” movie buffs will be enamored with their updated HBO library.

But with the debut of new films comes the departure of old flicks. Several of your favorite movies, like “Mad Max: Fury Road,” will be leaving HBO Now to make room for the new content set to delight audiences.
