Heidi Klum, Seal Not Divorcing: New Report

Supermodel Heidi Klum and musician Seal may have hit some turbulence in their marriage, but they are not getting divorced just yet, a source told People Magazine.

On Saturday reports surfaced that the couple would be heading to a court in Los Angeles next week, to file for divorce. A source allegedly told TMZ that Klum would be citing 'irreconcilable differences' as the reason for divorce.

While reps for the couple did not comment on the rumors, Klum's father seemed surprised when he heard the news, according to People. He told the Magazine that he didn't know anything about it and they should call him back tomorrow.

They've been fighting a lot lately, but they have no plans to announce a split right now, another source told People. They're not divorcing.

The source claims that the couple's relationship has recently been tested by distance. Seal is on tour promoting his new album, and Klum is expected to travel to Germany soon to work on the next season of Germany's Next Top Model.

Klum and Seal have been married since 2005. They have three biological children together: Henry, 6; Johan, 5; and Lou, 2. In addition, Klum also has a daughter, Leni, 7, from a previous relationship with Italian businessman Flavio Briatore.

Meanwhile, rumors have been circulating about the cause for the alleged spilt. MyGossip565.com reported that Seal had an affair with the nanny that worked with the couple, and it added that after Klum found out, the couple have not stopped fighting. Another rumor cited by the magazine claimed Seal took his wife's success for granted.

Klum recently grabbed media attention when she was spotted donning a pair of 70's style gigantic flared jeans.

While the 38-year-old supermodel has sported flares before, her most recent pair is so wide-legged, they have taken the style to a new level.

Klum was photographed taking her daughters Leni and Lou to ballet class, but her flares were so big they practically blocked her children from the photograph and could have easily tripped her over.

Her husband, Seal, who did not seem at all phased by the jeans, later joined Klum and her daughter. They also appeared to be happy together, spending time as a family in the park.

The model has always been very experimental with fashion. 'Fashion is always fun, interesting, new and different. I love to get dressed in unusual things,' she told the Daily Mail.
