Henry Cavill Shares Update On 'Enola Holmes 2,' Gives Fitness Motivation [Watch]
Henry Cavill gave his fans some fitness motivation after wrapping up working on his upcoming movie, "Enola Holmes 2."
"Hey, everybody! Today was my last day on 'Enola Holmes,'" the 38-year-old British actor said in a video he shared on Instagram on Sunday. The actor seemed to be alone somewhere and it was dark.
Cavill explained how he had been thinking about skipping his running session the entire day but finally decided to go ahead and do it.
"It was a little dark and a little chilly, and I was convincing myself all day long that those are all good reasons not to run," he said. "However, I came out here, I did it, I have loved it, and it feels really, really good."
Addressing his 17.6 million followers, the actor noted that if they are still sitting at home and wondering if they should do their training today or not, then "get out there and do it."
"You won't regret it," he added.
The 28-second video seemed to be enough for a couple of fans to get motivated for their workout session. One of the fans simply wrote, "Fine. I'll work out today," while another fan wrote, "You're truly an inspiration man."
Actor Paul Bullion – who worked in popular series like "Peaky Blinders" and "The Witcher" – also commented, "100% mate. Running helps many things! Pure meditation."
"Enola Holmes 2" is a sequel to the 2020 "Enola Holmes." Cavill, who played a minor role in the first installment, might play a prominent role in the sequel. The movie is helmed by director Harry Bradbeer and actress Millie Bobby Brown plays Enola's character.
Cavill will also feature in a spy thriller movie, "Argylle," which is slated to release next year. The movie also features John Cena, Samuel L. Jackson, Dua Lipa, Bryce Dallas Howard and Catherine O'Hara. It is directed by Matthew Vaughn.
Cavill will also star in movies like "Highlander" and "Squadron 42."
Besides his upcoming movies, the actor also opened up about one of the most popular characters, "Superman" last week and admitted that Superman's character is becoming a bit darker since "Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice" was released in 2016.
