  • Chris Evans told Lizzo that there was "no shame in a drunk DM" after seeing her TikTok video
  • The actor joked that he's "done worse on this app"
  • Evans could be making a reference to when he accidentally shared a photo of his privates on his Instagram Story last year

Chris Evans has responded to the flirty message Lizzo sent him while she was drunk, and her reaction was absolutely priceless.

The "Captain America" star may have seen the TikTok video the "Truth Hurts" singer shared over the weekend in which she talked about drunkenly sliding into his direct messages on Instagram. In a follow-up video to the platform, Lizzo revealed that Evans had indeed responded to her.

"No shame in a drunk DM [face-throwing-a-kiss emoji] god knows I've done worse on this app lol [facepalm emoji]," Evans sent Lizzo, according to the video she posted.

In her latest clip, the singer can be seen with her hand on her forehead as she slid her face down to unveil Evans' reply and show that he now follows her on Instagram. She then proceeded to celebrate and fan-girl over the actor's response.

Her original message to Evans featured the emojis for dashing away, a woman playing handball and a basketball. "Don’t drink and DM, kids.... for legal porpoises this is a joke," she wrote.

Lizzo also lip-synced to an audio clip from TikTok star Tatayanna Mitchell in the clip, saying, "The reason I’m upset about this one is because I know I’m not going to be able to marry him, and honestly it hurts me to the core – because damn papa, he a rare breed, no comparing."

Meanwhile, Entertainment Tonight suggested that the "Avengers: Endgame" actor might be referencing the accidental leak of an NSFW photo of his privates on his Instagram Story last year in his reply to Lizzo.

At the time, Evans shared a screen recording of his family playing a game of "Heads Up" without trimming it. However, a camera roll appeared on the screen at the end of the video, and it showed a black and white photo of a penis. The gallery also had a meme of his face with the words "guard that p---y."

Evans quickly deleted the video, but not before his fans and followers were able to capture screenshots and bring them over to Twitter. The leaked photos immediately spawned countless jokes and memes.

Three days later, Evans returned to Twitter and used his viral news to call for people to vote in the presidential election. "Now that I have your attention [face palm emoji] VOTE Nov 3rd!!!" he wrote.
