Addison Rae is "sorry" to her "He's All That" co-star Tanner Buchanan over one challenging scene they filmed together for their Netflix rom-com.

During an interview with Entertainment Weekly, Rae, 20, and Buchanan, 22, shared some details about their film "He's All That," a gender-flipped remake of 1999's "She's All That," which starred Freddie Prinze Jr. and Rachael Leigh Cook. One question they answered was about the scene they found the most awkward or challenging to film, which both stars agreed was the one where Buchanan had to "get soaking wet" while wearing a suit.

Rae apologized to Buchanan for "messing up" multiple times during the shooting of that particular scene.

"I kept messing up, and I felt so awful," the TikTok star said. "Remember I apologized to you after? I'm so sorry! I was like, 'I'm so sorry.'"

Buchanan recalled that it was "actually really cold that night in California."

"We shot from 12 to 6 a.m. It was 40 to 45 degrees Fahrenheit out," he added. "[I was] soaking wet, even though you can't really see it. I had to get in the shower every 30 minutes and then walk outside and continue to do the scene. That was the most challenging one, that wasn't the most pleasant."

Rae once more expressed how "sorry" she was toward Buchanan before they shared a laugh.

Buchanan also asked Rae about her competitive dance experience and her favorite routine and song. The social media star said her favorite was one of her first competitive dance routines, set to "My Boyfriend's Back," which she did when she was 8 years old.

The two co-stars also talked about the people who gave them advice that changed their lives. Buchanan didn't name the person but hinted that it was an actor and said that he was planning to send them an email because that's how he does things. Meanwhile, Rae said it was Sean Bankhead for her because she loves his choreography.

While discussing projects they would like to take on next, Rae said she hopes to do a "Coyote Ugly burlesque-type movie" or something akin to the cult classic horror-comedy "Jennifer's Body" in the future.

As for stars she would love to work with, the TikToker named "Euphoria" star Alexa Demie, explaining, "I did pilates with her not long ago, and she was so cool."

"That's fine, you don't want to work with me again," Buchanan joked, to which Rae replied, "OK, Tanner is [going to] be in 'Coyote Ugly.'"

Meanwhile, despite the backlash Rae faced for her performance in the movie, Buchanan had nothing but praise for his co-star, who made her acting debut in "He's All That."

"She put in the work. She did audition for this," Buchanan said during an interview with Marc Malkin for the "Just for Variety" podcast. "She had to send them her self-tapes and everything. Everybody had to be OK with her, and she did an amazing job."

"He's All That" started streaming on Netflix Friday.
