Naggy and her husband, Bill, will get the keys to their new home in April.

I don't believe this, Naggy said in a statement released by PR Newswire. I never won anything -- this is going to change my whole life!

Naggy's reaction was broadcast nationally on the HGTV Dream Home Giveaway 2012 special that aired Saturday. Naggy, an avid HGTV fan, entered the giveaway every day during the seven-week entry period. Her name was drawn from more than 81 million entries, the largest ever in the history of the giveaway, the press release noted.

Her HGTV Dream Home 2012 grand-prize package has an estimated value of more than $2 million. Besides a fully furnished home, Naggy also gets a 2012 GMC Terrain and $500,000.

The Utah getaway is nestled near the Provo River and is close to Deer Valley and Park City, home to the Sundance Film Festival. It is a dream home for anyone who loves the outdoors. The home, which is nearly 4,000 square feet, has mountain views, five covered decks, an outdoor living room and hot tub, as well as a changing room with sauna.

There are three bedrooms in the house, four and a half bathrooms, an entertainment room and a gourmet chef's kitchen, the press release noted.
