The 83rd Annual Academy Awards took place Sunday night. All of Hollywood's biggest stars gathered at the Kodak Theatre in Los Angeles to honor the best films of the year. Natalie Portman took home the award for Best Actress for her role in Black Swan, while Colin Firth won Best Actor for his performance in The King's Speech. The Oscar for Best Picture was awarded to The King's Speech. Movies such as Inception and The Social Network also won a number of awards. The show also included some great musical performances by artists including Mandy Moore, Gwyneth Paltrow and the chorus from the Public School 22 in Staten Island.
