Hilaria Baldwin Shows Off Post-Baby Body In Unfiltered Instagram Photo 24 Hours After Giving Birth To Third Child

Hilaria Baldwin is keeping it real. The mom-of-three posted an unfiltered photo of her body 24 hours after giving birth to her third child on her Instagram, bravely revealing all the changes her most recent pregnancy made to her figure.

In the photo, Baldwin, 32, can be seen wearing only underwear while she poses for a selfie in front of her bathroom mirror. In the caption, she wrote that she took this just one day after giving birth to her son Leonardo, whom she shares with husband Alec Baldwin. She also admitted that she was “nervous” about sharing a photo like this on the internet, but she wanted to encourage others to be proud of their body, no matter what shape or size it is.

“I took this yesterday when Leonardo was about 24 hours old,” she wrote. “I did the same thing right after Rafael was born. It always makes me a bit nervous to do something like this, but I feel that in the age of such strong body shaming, I want to do all that I can to normalize a real body and promote healthy self esteem.”

Baldwin, who is also a mom to 3-year-old Carmen and 1-year-old Rafael, also vowed to devote the next year to getting back into shape and encouraged her followers to do the same. “Many of you know that I love to show the process of life's experiences on the body and I am a firm believer in how a good diet and the right balance of exercise make us happy, healthy, and strong. So from here on, I want to dedicate the majority of my #366daysoflivingclearly #hilarialcm daily posts to getting back in shape and I invite you to do it with me,” the yoga instructor continued.

Baldwin also answered three common questions her followers asked when she also posted a postpartum photo shortly after giving birth to Rafael last year.

“Common questions last time were: Did I have a c section? No, I pushed him out. Where are all the pads for bleeding? I took them out briefly to snap this pic as there is a limit to how much you need to see _ . Where am I?: in the hospital room bathroom #glamour,” she said, adding, “Oh, and no filter. Just brightened it up a bit.”

She also shared a photo of her newborn son on Instagram earlier this week. "We are so pleased to introduce you to our new baby, Leonardo Ángel Charles Baldwin. It was such a special day bringing him into this world,” she captioned the sweet snapshot.
