Hilary Duff Rekindles Romance With Boyfriend Matthew Koma For Third Time

Hilary Duff has finally confirmed that she’s back with Matthew Koma after dropping hints in the previous months about their rekindled relationship. The “Younger” actress also admitted that she can relate to Selena Gomez and Justin Bieber’s on-again, off-again romance.

On Tuesday, the 30-year-old Hollywood actress appeared on “The Talk” to address the rumors that she may have gotten back together with Koma despite breaking up with the latter for two times already. Duff did confirm the rumors and she even said that her romantic relationship with Koma is “going so great” at present.

“Timing is such a big deal … third time’s a charm,” Duff said about the third time that she and Koma got back on. “I think that you have history and a past with someone and love, and just because it doesn’t work out the first time, the second time, as long as there’s not too much damage done, then, it can always work out again.”

Duff, who called it quits with Koma for the second time just this past March, noted that she can now relate to what Gomez and Bieber are going through, as per People. “I mean, this is the third time that we’ve dated and I think that what [Gomez] says has so much merit to it.”

It can be noted that when the “Kill Em With Kindness” hitmaker opened up to Billboard late last month on why she’s back to dating Bieber again, she gave a meaningful message, saying, “So maybe before, it could have been forcing something that wasn’t right. But that doesn’t mean caring for someone ever goes away.”

Ahead of Duff’s confirmation, she was spotted with the singer-songwriter walking hand-in-hand after a breakfast date last Sunday. The actress and her musician boyfriend were spotted by Daily Mail strolling around the Fairfax flea market, looking very happy.

Prior to reuniting with Koma, Duff was previously linked to SOLr Energy Consulting CEO Ely Sandvik. The “Lizzie McGuire” was formerly married to hockey player Mike Comrie. The two divorced in 2016, but they still communicate with each other as co-parents to their 5-year-old son, Luca.
