Former Playboy Bunny Holly Madison has revealed a "gross" sexual experience with her late ex-boyfriend, Playboy founder Hugh Hefner, that left her with an infection.

During last week's episode of her and fellow former Playmate Bridget Marquardt's podcast "Girls Next Level," Hefner's one-time girlfriend, 42, shared that she acquired a yeast infection because Hefner would use baby oil as a lubricant.

"Hef would use baby oil as lube," Madison recalled on the Sept. 19 episode, adding that she does not recommend it as it is "disgusting" and "an infection waiting to happen."

She went on to share that she did not understand Hefner's obsession with using baby oil but it "got to the point where I was constantly irritated by this baby oil because it throws off your pH, so you're constantly going to [have] yeast infections."

Madison revealed that she consulted with a gynecologist, who advised her to avoid using the product as a lubricant.

Madison then confronted the Playboy founder, who died at the age of 91 in 2017, and asked him to stop using baby oil. However, Hefner reportedly defended his use of the product, telling her, "Well, people use baby oil on babies." Madison then argued that baby oil was used for the skin and "not internally."

But despite Madison's pleas, Hefner allegedly continued to use the baby oil secretly without her consent.

"It got to the point where I refused to use it, but then other people would tell me that he would — in the bedroom — put it on his hand and then put it on me when my back was turned and I didn't know he was doing it, which is so foul and so nonconsensual and so gross," the former reality star said on the podcast.

Madison, who became Hefner's girlfriend at age 21, claimed that she had forgotten about the incident, but it angered her all over again after remembering it "for some reason."

Madison and Marquardt, 48, have been vocal on their podcast about their negative experiences during their stay at the Playboy mansion, including that Hefner allegedly used a "little black book" to keep track of their allowances and sexual activities for the week and had a "scrapbook" with nude photos of the Playmates.

"The black book kept track of a few different things," Marquardt shared. "It kept track of when somebody collected their allowance — he would mark it off so you couldn't ask for it twice. But it also kept track of who slept with him and when."

She added that she badly wanted to "burn that book" upon moving out of the house in 2009 because she was "disgusted" by how Hefner would keep a record of who he was sexually involved with and on what night.

Madison also claimed in a podcast episode last month that the media mogul would print nude photos of "every girl in the limo" and attach them to a scrapbook, which was one of the reasons why she was "afraid to leave." She alleged that Hefner had planned to donate the scrapbook to a library.

Madison moved into the Playboy mansion in 2001 and lived there until 2008, when she and Hefner called it quits. Their 54-year age gap was heavily scrutinized throughout their relationship.

"Girls Next Level" can be found on Spotify and Apple Podcast, where a new episode is released every Monday.
